On Friday, May 8th , Riverlandings broke ground on an exciting new expansion designed to serve the LaBelle’s growing community, with a focus on the luxury lifestyle of motorcoach owners, travelers, and waterfront lifestyle enthusiasts.
New Luxury Storage Condos, Waterfront Townhomes & Skybar Experience
Riverlandings will be building additional 60’ x 130’ storage condos, customizable for Class A motorcoaches, boats, exotic cars. In addition to this, the development will include stunning waterfront townhomes, offering a luxury living experience, as well as a new restaurant and shopping center complex, that will serve both residents and the public. The restaurant complex will feature a Skybar with a dining area below, providing both casual and fine dining experience.
Hendry County Leaders Join Riverlandings Groundbreaking Ceremony
The ground breaking started at 10:30 AM on May 8th for the official start of this expansion by Hendry County Property Appraiser Dena R. Pittman, City of LaBelle Commissioner Hugo Vargas, Hendry County District 2 Commissioner Emory Howard, Owner and Developer Rick Smith and Lesley Smith, Hendry County District 1 Commissioner Emma Byrd and Hendry County Chief Deputy Kevin Nelson. This ceremony marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for luxury motorcoach living, waterfront development, and upscale lifestyle amenities in Southwest Florida, set to be completed by Spring 2027.
