Luxury motorcoach enclave adds multi-function development with new homes and storage condos
LABELLE, Fla. (April 23, 2026) — Riverlandings, a Florida luxury motorcoach enclave is breaking ground on Friday, May 8 at 10 a.m. at 5942 State Road 80 West, LaBelle. It kicks off a new development that expands the enclave footprint with additional storage condos, a restaurant complex and luxury town homes.
The new storage condos are set to be 23’ x 55’, individually air conditioned and able to customized or bundled in a premier lifestyle package that includes a 60′ x 130′ water-view lot, designed with one of Riverlandings’ floor plans.
The development is approved to begin construction after two years of planning.
